WazirX, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a partnership with customer interaction platform MoEngage to accelerate the adoption of Web3.0 and cryptocurrencies in India. WazirX intends to improve its user onboarding and app advertising in the Indian bitcoin business by utilizing MoEngage’s campaign optimization.

WazirX provides a marketplace for clients to purchase, sell and exchange digital assets. The stock exchange wants to boost blockchain and the adoption of cryptocurrency in India, in addition to facilitating the shift from a centralized to a decentralized world for Indians by providing a new investment and profits platform.

Since the 2017 bull run, bitcoin use has expanded globally. WazirX carved out a position in the Indian cryptocurrency industry by being one of the first exchanges to start and doing so at the correct moment. Furthermore, by emphasizing the advantages of digital currencies, the exchange is effectively driving cryptocurrency and blockchain adoption in India. WazirX aims to use MoEngage to improve its user onboarding and app advertising in the Indian cryptocurrency industry.

According to Rajagopal Menon, vice president of marketing at WazirX, the exchange intends to use MoEngage’s services to drive its development and acceptance. “Through our partnership with MoEngage, we intend to grow as a brand by using their segment skills and expanding our marketing operations,” he said.

MoEngage promises to deliver AI-powered journey orchestration, customization capabilities, and in-built analytics, as well as to allow hyper-personalization at scale across mobile, email, online, SMS, and messaging channels. According to MoEngage, Fortune 500 companies and organizations from over 35 countries utilize MoEngage to connect with consumers, including Deutsche Telekom, Samsung, Ally Financial, Vodafone, and McAfee, as well as internet-first firms such as Sharechat, Roposo, Gaana, Ola, OYO, and Bigbasket.

According to Yash Reddy, MoEngage’s chief business officer (APAC and EMEA), the goal is to help companies achieve their customer engagement goals by assisting them in transitioning from a campaign-centric strategy to a customer-centric one. “We’re looking forward to collaborating with WazirX to help them improve experiences for their customers by using our segmentation expertise and allowing scalability.
